Dear relation,
We would like to warmly welcome you as a new customer of Wegter Home B.V. Please see our VIVO terms and conditions here.
Below you will find some of our conditions:
- The franko order amount is €500,- net goods value on 1 delivery address in the Netherlands/Germany. (For other countries please contact us!)
- The minimum order amount is €350,- net worth of goods, between €350,- and €500,- freight costs a €40,- will be charged. (We do not send orders by parcel post) (For other countries please contact us!)
- Items that are unexpectedly out of stock will be held in backorder for you if required. As soon as the items are back in stock, they will be delivered with the next franko order.
- Items should be ordered in full packing units.
- Any defects, breakage and wrong deliveries must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
- Breakage occurred during normal transportation will not be reimbursed by us. When there is a lot of breakage please report it to us. If a pallet is damaged please report it to us and mark it on the bill of lading.
- Samples will be calculated and credited when we have received them back from you in original condition and in original packaging.
- Paymentterms 30 days net, 8 days 1% (or by prepayment) This is at the discretion of our financial administration.
- With advance payment, a payment discount of 2% of the net merchandise value excluding VAT applies (you can deduct this when paying in advance).
